Fairfield Owners:
Please be vigilant. There have been reports of thefts out of garages, vehicles ransacked and trespassing within Fairfield. For your safety, and those around you, please ensure that you are locking your vehicles, closing your garage doors and utilizing your alarm systems. This is always of great importance, but especially now during Hurricane recovery and as we approach the Holiday season.
The theft was reported to the police. Security camera systems have been confirmed to have recorded some of the above referenced acts. Management has also called in to non-emergency and requested additional attention/police drive-through for Fairfield due to the above.
-
PLEASE REPORT ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY BY CALLING 9-1-1 or NON-EMERGENCY @ 409-832-1234.
-
PLEASE BE ALERT AND AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS.
-
PLEASE SET YOUR ALARM SYSTEMS.
-
PLEASE REVIEW YOUR SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEMS SHOULD YOU WITNESS OR BECOME AWARE OF ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES; AND SUBMIT TO THE AUTHORITIES, IF APPLICABLE.
Thanks to the residents that have notifed the Board about these events in effort to advise to our residents and hopefully deter these unwanted activities.
